Laminamos los ajos y los ponemos en el Aceite Oliva Virgen Extra La Chinata, previamente calentado con las ñoras, añadimos el pimiento rojo cortado en tiras. Una vez que el pimiento esté medio sofrito añadimos el pollo y el magro de cerdo, una vez que la carne esté dorado por fuera, retiramos las ñoras, el pimiento rojo y el ajo. Lo pasamos todo por la batidora. Añadimos el arroz junto con el pollo y el magro,le damos unas vueltas para que se impregne de Aceite Oliva Virgen Extra La Chinata. Añadimos el tomate triturado y lo que hemos pasado por la batidora, una vez mezclado añadimos el agua caliente, mas o menos el doble que la cantidad de arroz y el colorante alimenticio, pero vamos controlando la dureza del arroz y la cantidad de agua. Cuando queden un par de minutos añadimos los langostinos y listo. - ingredients:
